The Electro Harmonix Hot Wax is a versatile overdrive pedal that performs beautifully on both guitar and bass. It combines our Hot Tubes and Crayon pedals, allowing users to find their perfect tone. The two pedals can be used separately or have the Crayon drive the Hot Tubes, granting virtually limitless tonal possibilities.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the Hot Wax features Master EQ and Blend controls, enabling you to tailor your sound to your musical preference. The Blend control is particularly useful for bass players, as it allows you to mix your dry signal with the distorted tone. Additionally, the pedal features a silent, click-free footswitch, making it ideal for live performances.
