The Ibanez PTPRE Pentatone Preamp offers extraordinary tone shaping control, dynamic arrays of distortion, and remarkable EQ options, all laid out for you on an intuitive analog platform. The preamp combines five individual tone shaping sections, including pre-boost, distortion with a two-band EQ, noise gate, 5-band parametric EQ, and post-boost. The built-in Bright switch enhances the treble response, and the two integrated footswitches allow for hands-free control of the preamp bypass and post-boost functions. An optional Ibanez IFS2L external footswitch allows even greater control over pre-boost and the 5-band parametric EQ.
This preamp ranges from simple tone shaping to crunchy overdrive and even the most crushing distortion, making it a versatile tool for any musician looking to expand their tonal palette. Perfectly suited for creativity, the Ibanez PTPRE empowers musicians to reinvent their sound.
