The Ibanez RGD is the ultimate choice for metal musicians looking to unlock modern, low-tuned sounds and maximum performance without compromise. The extended scale length of 26.5'' is designed to provide precise response while accentuating the bass frequencies.
At the heart of the instrument is the 5-piece Wizard III neck made from panga panga and walnut, offering outstanding playability and enhanced sustain. The Macassar ebony fingerboard produces tight bass and brilliant highs, while the jumbo frets enable clean articulation.
Sonically, the instrument features DiMarzio® Fusion Edge pickups that deliver a powerful modern sound with clear highs and compressed basses, and a coil-tap switch that allows for instant tonal variation.
