The Daddario EPS160-5 5-string ProSteels bass guitar strings are the brightest you can find. The unique magnetic alloy ensures a super-bright tone that enhances presence and attack. The high carbon steel core combined with stainless steel wrap wire increases interaction with magnetic pickups, offering a palette of harmonically rich highs along with tight and tough lows. Designed specifically for 5-string basses, this medium 50-135 set has higher tension for improved low-end response and output. ProSteels represent D'Addario's brightest and most magnetic bass strings, producing the desirable "Piano tone" sought after by steel players.
Whether you play with articulate fingering or aggressive picking, ProSteels provide the extra punch and edge needed to cut through the mix.
